Overall this was a nice stay in a great location. The staff was kind and generally very accommodating. I was disappointed to find out there was no breakfast provided. There were some issues with timely responses to issues: clogged toilet (was not fixed until the evening), replacing towels (had to ask 2 days in a row before it was done). I liked that the cleaning staff washed and dried our clothing on request. The bed was very firm, though I discovered this is what to expect in Italy. The room was clean and

This was amazing! Mauro is so kind and helpful, the location is absolutely perfect, and the place is super clean! Definitely staying here again when we come back :) Thanks for everything!
