ARRIVAL: Guests and members can access in the rooms or in the home between 11.00 and 17.00 hours unless previously agreed.
Upon arrival, each guest delivery to holders of a valid identity document for the recordings, which will be promptly returned. The data of the guests are treated in accordance with current privacy legislation.
Guests will receive the keys of the room or the house and will be shown the areas reserved for him, as well as, the common areas.
The apartments are delivered clean and in perfect order. In case of delay, the customer must notify by telephone.

DEPARTURE: The rooms must be vacated by 10.00am of the departure date, unless special arrangements made at the time of booking.
