Hygiene was not good. The owner cannot speak English so communication was very poor. She gave just a Little coffee which was finish in two sips! No breakfast, milk was opened, I didn’t trust expiration date. The towels and sheets were very very old and poor. And you have to call her before arriving but she cannot understand what you say and have to pay in cash. But accomodation was very close to Arena.

The pros: it is close to the station, the location is nice.
Cons:
Unless you speak Italian I would suggest not staying here. The lady who you will rent a room from does not speak English except for “passport†and “pay nowâ€
This is not a hostel, and barely a B&B. It is an apartment and someone lives here. You rent a private room and bathroom.
the room was clean, but the towels are ratty and tiny, and the room was way too hot even at night. I was not allowed control over the AC remote.
