A colonial house modified and adapted according to the conditions that were needed, it is decorated by the manager himself. In addition to being a Physiotherapist, I am a ceramicist, the client may like it because he can have experience in pottery.

Our house is located 5 minutes from downtown and 10 minutes from the historic center. Very close to the beach and excursions to the mountains, the train station that makes a nice walk to the valley of the mills. We receive any type of tourist.

In our house there is a living room, parlor, hall, outdoor patio terrace in front of the two rooms, outdoor dining room, dining room, kitchen, outdoor patio and outdoor terrace. It would be an immense pleasure for us to share our experience. The house offers a welcoming service as if you were in your own home. The rooms have a mini bar with all kinds of drinks necessary for the client such as water, beer and soft drinks. The room has air conditioning, tv, fan, two beds in the first room and one bed in the second, private bathroom each, hair dryer, they are decorated with the same bedding, a welcome cocktail is given to clients , the room is cleaned for clients whenever they wish daily, we have laundry service. They are also offered dinner, breakfast, and all kinds of food, all national cocktails are prepared.
