Aguanile was truly one of my favorite places I stayed in my two months in Colombia. The hostel has an incredible tranquil vibe, decorated by the sounds of a nearby river and singing birds. The breakfast was so delightful and Sandra, the host, is absolutely wonderful. I highly recommend staying here to get an authentic experience of life in the coffee region.

nice staff and setting was quite nice. great breakfast included. overall i found you could get cheaper accommodation in salento itself and it became inconvenient having to get the bus or arrange transport. also i stayed in 3 different beds here and none of them were comfortable.

Exceptional hostel! It is a ways out of town but in the beautiful countryside next to a small creek and within walking distance of the Santa Rita waterfalls and several fincas.
The hostel itself was peaceful and pretty. This was the hostel I felt most at home at during my entire stay in Colombia! The owners are so lovely and kind and I miss them already! Ended up booking an extra three nights here!
