Knight House

Bad hostel. They don’t maintain the hostel anymore because it is closing down. So I told the manager that I was not satisfied by the fact that the door of our dorm can’t close, he told me that it was too much effort to fix it because they are closing down. Also, he told me that I should not expect security because the hostel is only 12€ per night. The self check in was a nightmare as well, had to wait in the rain for 15’min because they forgot to send me the checkin codes, then they told me that it was Hostelworld a fault etc. The showers full of mold, it did hurt my throat when taking a shower, there is no social vibe and the toilets are broken.

Heater was really bad. Hot water was not available 1st day.

WORST hostel I’ve been to… I was staying in a 5 beds dorm and there were only 2 lockers ! The lookers were very tiny, just for a small backpack. The room overlooked the street so it was as if we were sleeping in the street with the noise of passing cars, lights,… It was not really clean like around the bed I could see that it was dirty especially under the bed !! Everything there was broken : toilets seats, the door handles, the hood cooker,… It was smelly in the common rooms and in the shower the smell was so bad I couldn’t stay there ! And also the hostel was f*** maze to find the toilets and the showers …. Like I had a toilet next to my dorm but I guess there were more toilets but I wasn’t able to find them, same for the showers there was one upstairs next to the kitchen and I couldn’t find the others…
