Pluses: Beachside at popular Playa de los Muertos. Walking distance to all the Zona Romantica businesses and action. Rooms available with balconies over the beach. Quiet interiors.
Minuses: room cleanliness, worn dated furnishings, pigeons roosting inside balcony area creates chronic non-hygienic condition (kitchenette and dining table shares balcony area). Street parking only.

It was a great place to stay, one street behind the beach, many shops around and plenty of restaurants/cafe. Nothing too special about the room, just a good clean bed and aircon but you can pay extra 600 pesos a night and get sea views :) I'd definitely stay there again.
