It is located just at the gate of Tallinn's medieval old town - a minute's walk away from the busy port of Tallinn. Fat Margaret's is a perfect place to stay for ones keen on exploring the Historical Tallinn with its narrow streets and picturesque red roof-tops - not mentioning the cafes, bars, nightclubs and restaurants. The hostel offers for it's guests simple but comfy rooms, helpful staff and easy-on-the pocket prices, which make the place perfectly suitable for travellers of all ages. Hostel offers a possibility for a free morning sauna and pool.

The hotel is at a super convenient location, walking distance to the ferries from/to Helsinki and a block away from old downtown. Helpful staff and nice, clean facilities. Only drawback is that the internet through the 3rd and 4th floor, at least, is barely functional so if you need it; you’ll have to stay at the common room. Would definitely use it again.

Nice, safe and clean hostel with friendly staff. I stayed for just a night in a private room, so I cant comment on the atmosphere or shared facilities.

very dissapointing badly stained bedding, staff very rude while answering a question speaking with their mouths full of food on three occaisions. would i recomed definatinly no.
