Málaga Stop Hostel is a modern hostel, with an industrial decoration, located in the center of Málaga,1.7 km from La Malagueta Beach. Provides air-conditioned accommodation and a shared lounge.
We are 7 minutes from the famous Picasso Museum, the Málaga Cathedral, the Roman Theatre, La Alcazaba… You can enjoy the pedestrian streets, the Calle Larios, the Cervantes Theatre, tapas and the best atmosphere without leaving the area. Public transport a few meters away allows you to visit the entire city and also the surroundings.
The accommodation offers a 24-hour front desk, airport transfers, a shared kitchen and free WiFi throughout the property. All guest rooms feature a shared bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer.

I'm surprised how well this hostel is rated. the facilities are very basic. The 6 bed dorm I stayed in was tiny and had no window. only 3 female showers and 3 toilets between all the ladies. no atmosphere at all. staff- Marta was very lovely, the other staff member was also nice but did not speak english.

On the 3rd and final night one of the girls in the female dorm went crazy and threatened to kill me 4 times. Myself and the two other women were terrified. There was no staff available. I left the next day early with one of the women who was in my room as we were so upset that we wanted to get out as soon as possible. I telephoned staff in the hostel at 10am when staff start their shift. I advised what happened to a very blase unconcerned response with no offer to contact the police.
