Bathroom and floors were soaking wet, sheets weren’t cleaned, lockers were broken, people were over the age limit in our room, and we got out in an 8 bed room when we paid for 6 people.

The staff are super arrogant, the bathroom was dirty, information was confusing, the building is under renovation and to get to the hotel door is a strange scaffolding path. It's not cozy.

The guy who works during the day is not helpful at all. He doesn’t even greet you when you arrive. Makes you feel like he doesn’t want you there. You ask him for something and gets annoyed. The guy from the night is much better.
