We offer a professional service in a chilled and sociable atmosphere.
We are perfectly located 50m from Oporto's main street 'Santa Catarina' and 5 minutes walk to the main square 'Aliados'. From here, you will be able to visit all the sightseeing within a maximum of 10-15 minutes walk.
Stay in one of our Premium equipped bed pods with full privacy: curtains, LED personal light, electrical outlet, fan and a locker (we provide the key). We also offer private rooms and apartments. All our rooms (shared and private) have a private bathroom.
INCLUDED: Wifi 5G in all the property (including the garden), luggage storage, bed linen (beds freshly made), shampoo and shower gel.
Our Guests have access to a large garden with barbecue, a well equipped kitchen, large living room with 4K curved TV, Netflix, PS4, Spotify...
All day reception: free city maps, advice for sightseeing, eating and going out. Also enjoy free walking tours, wine tour, pub crawl, fado show, Douro valley Unesco tour...etc.
We speak English, French, Spanish and Portuguese.

I loved this hostel so much. When I come back to Porto, definitively I'll be back. The staff was the kindest, if I could I gave them 6/5 stars. Specially I want to mention Davide the receptionist, who was the most considerate and friendly front-line worker I've ever met. It's inspiring to see people like him who enjoy their work so much.
About the hostel, lovely place, they also have a cute kitty in the backyard, quiet common spaces and nice environment.

the best hostel in Porto! such a clean, comfortable place to feel at home in. with fresh flowers and an incredible kitchen, and even a sweet cat out in the lovely garden. the owner is amazing and caring with an equally caring staff. so close to the metro and beautiful market: its the best place to stay in Porto 100%!

Urban Garden was so great! My friend and I really enjoyed our stay. The location was great, and the staff were all very nice. One thing we noticed was how clean everything was - it felt like we saw someone cleaning 24/7. Would highly recommend! It was a bit of a quieter/less social hostel, so if you are looking for something more relaxing with great facilities, this is definitely it. Exactly what we wanted!
