The rooms were dirty with trash on the floor, bed sheets had all sorts of stains on it. There were hairs in the bed.
To top everything off, there were bed bugs in the hostel. I was bit and now we just hope we didn't bring them home.

Staff were absolutely awful!!! Never experienced anybody so rude than the two boys on reception. Asked basic questions and they pretty much just ignored us. Honestly would not recommend this place to anyone just because of that. It is hotel so got our own private room but still isn't worth the money we paid.

While the rooms are generally small, it's okay because they're clean. They also have different plugs so I don't need to wemorry about adaptera. The lift/elevator is a plus factor(some hotels only have stairs). It's also a very good location because it's near to the main road where buses pass and it's a few minutes away from Senado Square. On top of it all, the staff is really friendly. Will definitely stay here again.
