Come and enjoy Backpackers Manuel Antonio , located right in the middle of Manuel Antonio (across the street from Manuel Antonio soccer field). The supermarket and liquor store are only 100 meters down the road and there is a bank/atm, pizzeria, cafes, fine dining as well as moderately priced restaurants, and some great bars, all within walking distance! We are set back from the road creating a very safe and laidback atmosphere, so come to relax and enjoy the open-air patio looking out onto the forest.

I would not recommend this hostel. It was a good location, but it was pretty outdated. Everything was crazy old, and it just didn't feel like a cozy place. The common space down lower was great, but the staff didn't really speak English except for the guy that checked me in. Ladies, beware of the guy who books the travel. He seems keen to sleep with women, and gave me quite creepy vibes. He bragged about how he has an American girlfriend and his ex-wife lives in Canada and he has many children... It made me

In the process of renovations has brilliant potential, bus straight outside for the park. Staff very helpful, you can clearly see they are making a big effort to make improvements to the overall property as I believe it’s recently changed management
