The fabulous Peking International Youth Hostel is your home-from-home in Beijing. We’re located only two minutes’ walk from the subway station.
Here, you are in the middle of Beijing’s most colourful Hutong district, just a few blocks north of the Forbidden City, just east of Houhai and Qianhai Lakes. We’re set in a quaint, charming lane Nan Luo Gu Xiang in downtown Beijing.
We offer you a huge choice of rooms, budget dorms, affordable double rooms and luxury rooms. The dorms are large and spacious. Great care has been taken in furnishing our spacious rooms to the highest standard, with top quality bunks and excellent bathrooms with showers.
You can dine in our lobby or enjoy a cocktail in our bar. Why not come for afternoon tea in our Terrace Lounge, overlooking the Botanic Gardens?
This is the perfect spot for your short break in Beijing – we’re near everything that is hot and happening. Catch a spectacular show or a profound play of Peking Opera or Chinese Kungfu. We have a daily 3.5hr hiking trip from Jinshanling to Simatai great wall. We can also facilitate pick-up and drop-off at the airport.

Absolutely horrible. The bathrooms were not working. Had to use the restaurant washroom which was so dirty. No atmosphere. My 4 bed dorm only has 2 beds. Rooms were dark. Bed was uncomfortable. Cleanliness was bad. The staff is very helpful with the translation and the location is very nearby to a metro station. Also very expensive and not worth the extra money at all. skip this one and chose something else

All Beijing hostels are expensive, and as I understand it, all the rest are so bad that one must pay this price for a reasonable hostel. None of the staff speak English but they are all pleasant and try to help. I stayed in a dorm with a comfortable single bed, good AC and luckily had no snorers. The restaurant on the premises has reasonable food but it is expensive, the menu is accessed by a QR code, is only in Chinese and you pick by picture. The location is 2 blocks from the subway.

Siamo situati in un vicolo affascinante, a soli cinque minuti a piedi dal lago Houhai e a 20 minuti dalla Città Proibita. Raccomando assolutamente alla gente di visitare il labirinto di Hutong.
Per divertimento ai nostri ospiti piace consumare alcune piacevoli bevande e suonare gratuitamente la chitarra che abbiamo qui intorno. Serviamo anche caffè Illy nella nostra bella caffetteria. Ci rivolgiamo a tutte le età e abbiamo seggioloni, nonché il primo piano accessibile con la sedia a rotelle.
