In case of no show or late cancellation, the total amount of the full booking will be charged unless the property is informed of late arrival by the guest.

Cancellation policy: 24 hours before arrival.

GROUPS
Any reservation of 10 people or more per night will be considered a group with different terms and conditions. Groups reservations can only be made through our reservations team, and Generator reserves the right to cancel it otherwise

PET
We would welcome a dog on property but only when staying in a private room, and subject to a € 25.00 fee per dog per Stay. Only Dog under 75lbs./ 34kg

In addition anyone over the age of 18 staying at Generator Paris will be charged a City Tax up to a maximum of 2.88 euro per person per night. This will be payable at check-in

Generator does not accept bookings made by those under the age of 16. Under 18 cannot stay in any shared rooms, however they can stay in private rooms when accompanied by an adult over 18 years. If you're between 16-18 and want to stay in a private room, you'll need written consent from your parent or guardian. In Paris, under 18's cannot stay in any shared rooms, however they can stay in private rooms when accompanied by an adult over 18 years. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in automatic Cancellation with no refund given.
