I was charged more for my stay than what was on the website at the time of booking. The shower drain was blocked and I couldn't shower properly. The reception staff were not very receptive and had no patience in answering my questions. Despite this, the location is very good.

The staff is friendly enough and I felt safe while there. The location is in a great part of town although a good jaunt from where I spend my time. The cleanliness was average. There was no place to put towels needing to be replaced. The showers were tiny and had no anti-slip protection. I almost fell because of the slickness of the tile. My bunk lamp was broken and no outlets in or near the bunks. I didn't really care for the hipster vibe as it felt like rundown summer camp for adults to me.

The room was not clean when we arrived, there was a lot of dust in the bathroom, the room smelled bad, no day did they clean or take out garbage during my stay. The towels smelled bad and they didn't change them, I didn't use any towels for that reason.
The location is good, however the room was always dirty.
