Our hostel is just 10 minutes by bus away from Lucerne mai station and Mt. Pilatus is right at our doorstep (just 5 minutes walk to the cable car station).
Free bus ticket included:
You will get a free Lucerne Public Transportation Ticket that is valid for your whole stay. You will receive the Luzern Visitor Card with the free bus ticket per email approx. 1 day before your arrival day. You can download it directly to your smartphone.
Free Wifi in all rooms, lounge with free wifi and tea, free internet stations, fully equipped kitchen facilities! Nespresso Coffee (2 CHF) and car parking (CHF 10).
Continental breakfast is available and can be booked at the reception (CHF 10) and will be served between 08.30 and 09.30 am.
All of our shared rooms have bathroom and 24hr hot shower in the room!
All shared rooms come with security lockers.
Some of the rooms also have balconies.

Plenty of busses so location isn’t much of an issue. The bathrooms stunk a bit and had mould in the shower. Really friendly staff. More expensive than it should be, but then again Switzerland is generally more expensive.

The bathroom was disgusting. Duct tape used to hide the mould in bathroom. Didn’t shower at all at hostel. The atmosphere was weird. We left as soon as possible.

The kitchen facilities are great and the staff are friendly. The bedroom stank of smoke when I walked in and the tiny bathroom didn’t seem the cleanest. It’s a great location and has easy access to transport and shops.
