Took 40 mins queueing to check, 15 mins to check out. Only 2 staff on the desk all day who were slow. But always a few extra staff standing around not helping or doing anything. Otherwise the room was basic but to be expected for the price and the bar churns out crap music which permeates throughout all the communal areas down stairs. Also its very easy to just wonder in off the street and get into the rooms. I know because I did this when I first sawnthe check in queue

Very slow check in process, took me an hour to check in. They need more staff working during check in hours as it is a large hostel. My bed had been used when I arrived in the room, and then I had to go back down to busy reception to try and get it sorted. They said they would sort it in 5 minutes but they did not. I had to go back down after half an hour and then they changed my room. Someone else was lying on my bed in the new room. The experience was frustrating and I ended up not staying.

Cons: A staff member suddenly barged in and woke me up forcefully, saying that there is a complaint and I need to come at the reception immediately. He told me that I m standing right here. No pls, nothing. I was half asleep and I was treated like a criminal!! And then the person at the reception tells me that her colleague didn't mention my details but that is not my problem. I had already filled in my details online while checking in.
