Great atmosphere and location. Lots of information exchanging and socializing. Kitchen was too small, partly because no other common area inside, partly because everyone cooks (for budget) in chalten. Showers had water pressure issues at busy times. Lockers were small and i knew some folks who couldn't find one available.

Loved my stay here. Yes the toilet bins could use emptying more, and the kitchen could use more spoons, and the WiFi could be better… however the atmosphere and cosy vibe of the hostel more than makes up for it. It’s small enough that it forces you to chat, with lots of games scattered about and toasty heating. Really enjoyed it.

Very basic. Friendly hostel right opposite the bus station, kitchen was always busy, WiFi wasn't great but you're in a very isolated area of the world so that's understandable, hot water in the shower, hostel was fine for two nights sleep after a day spent hiking! I would stay again.
