The apartment complex Laguneta is located in the tourist town of Tias, on a quiet residential area, with ample parking, just minutes from Lanzarote airport, and only 500 meters from the beach. Where you can enjoy a relaxing holiday.
There are 3 apartments, 2 bedrooms and 20 1 bedrooms, all equipped with lounge, kitchen, bar, bedroom / s, bathroom, terrace and comfortable and comprehensive.
They also have TV with Freeview and international channels and safe in all apartments.
The apartment consists of reception (50), entertainment area with pool table, free WIFI area, public areas, with solarium, swimming pools and mini market.
The Laguneta Apartments is located in the heart of Puerto Del Carmen, where at night, in town shooting nightlife. In the vicinity of our apartments are situated the best zoo in the island (100m), a wonderful new golf course (200m) and just 2 steps from a bus stop, which will take you around the island.

We had an overall great stay at La Laguneta. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. It is a short walk to the beach to a few different beaches. The wifi worked great in the common areas but wasn't the best in our unit. The unit had everything you needed in the kitchen but make sure to pack your own shampoo and soap because there was none there. Again, overall awesome stay and we would definitely stay again.

Supper happy and satisfied with this accommodation, very good location, few min walking from the beach. great value for money, one beautiful bedroom apartment, daily cleaning service, perfect swimming pool, really i would have stayed there all summer if i could. I totally recommend it!

Clean and decent apartments close to a supermarket and walking distance from downtown area. Interior decoration and furniture is a bit outdated and worn. Could use a few more amenities in the kitchen (no bowls, very little kitchenware in general). The mini-fridge was the biggest problem, as the freezer door was broken, freezing anything we put in there! We enjoyed the talkative cleaning lady but the concierge did not explain that it was a daily thing so we were a bit surprised at first.
