Friendly, nice and clean, modern fixtures, comfortable bed. Only criticism is the demand-based pricing everyone (even hostels?) seems to be using now, so that one night of our two-night stay was about $100 more than the other.

The air conditioner in our room stopped working, the staff organised a technician straight away and provided us a different room (with great aircon). Amazing staff and customer service - everyone was lovely and answered all our questions. Would absolutely recommend!!

Shower pressure was poor, the shower leaked onto the bathroom floor, toilet did not flush properly (had to flush several times for it to work, and even then it wouldn’t work correctly), AC was non-existent making the room unbearably hot. Wifi was subpar and the television connection would consistently buffer and crash.
