Hostel 'MexicoDf' is very functional because is the First International Hostel that is very near from the International Airport of Mexico City. We are located only 5 blocks of Terminal 1.
You don't have to pay a Taxi, you can just walk or call us and we will pick up you at the International Airport with an extra cost , 120 pesos or 7 usd..from terminal 1 or terminal 2., (Surfers with Surfboards 8 usd in both Terminals. We have nice rooms for relaxing.
Our Hostel is different because the atmosphere is more familiar and sideways we are located in a very popular suburb that contrast with the International Airport. Once you are here ...your adventure starts because this suburb has a lot of History and also the most of Mexicans doesn't know. Come visit us and enjoy our Mexican house !

Good: The place is quirky and beautiful, especially for the price. I had to leave very early, but would have loved hanging out in the public spaces. Not so good: The room was very very basic, and need some sort of curtains to cover the windows at the top, and the mattress was uncomfortable. The worst problem--they appear not to read, and certainly don't answer, their emails,.

Unfortunately I could not stay at this hotel because I felt totally unsafe. My room was on the ground floor, I arrived and there was no way to lock the door. I requested a key at reception only to be given the tiniest lock ever with nothing on the door to attach it to. The room gave onto a courtyard which anyone with bad intentions could easily have come into the room from. I really would not recommend staying here if you are a solo female traveller.
