Regent Hostel is down the street from two Metro stations and has great views over Paris, including the Sacré Coeur. Our visitors have said this is a very convenient location for food, fun and the Metro. Guests tell us this ‘surprisingly spacious’, clean and secure hostel has kind and flexible multilingual staff, a large kitchen, laundry facilities and a large kitchen, contributing to the hostel’s cosy and homely feel. We like their low-capacity dorms and wide variety of private rooms.

Le Regent Montmartre Hostel & Budget Hotel is a locally owned and operated hostel that provides several room options with amenities especially designed for modern independent travelers. The friendly staff is ready to assist guests 24/7 to help them get the absolute most out of their stay with us in Paris.
Le Regent is a few minutes distance from Gare du Nord, hundreds of bistros, pubs and cafes, and some of Paris's most famous attractions such as Sacré-Coeur, The Moulin Rouge, Pigalle, and many of the most famous music venues in Paris.
Le Régent Montmartre by Hiphophostels is a locally owned and operated hostel that offers single, double, triple, and dorm rooms. No matter if you are an independent traveler, couple, small groups, or families we have some place for you. Groups of 10 and over may take some doing so please use the group booking form and well see what we can arrange.
You will be able to choose the type of rooms that will be perfect for you. We have private rooms of 3 or 6 beds(perfect for families) or dormitories that will be perfect for groups.
We are happy to provide Free unlimited WiFi throughout the hotel, Parisian Breakfast, Free luggage storage, laundry facilities, and a kitchen for guests use.

This is a very nice hostel for solo and small group travelers, especially people who want to be very active but are less interested in partying and clubbing (at least as their main goals). Rooms are a good size for 4 people, with nice big windows. You actually can get to know your roommates, and the intimacy makes it feel much safer. The facilities were fine - some others reporting having bugs in the mattress (not bedbugs!), but mine was fine as were my rooomates. Bathroom is fine, but I wish they would put some kind of hand soap and paper towels/hand dry, that’s one really easy fix they could do. Nice location close to transport and the Montmartre neighborhood.

It was nice! I enjoyed my stay, great location and the staff was really kind. My only advice to solo female travellers is to be aware that for the mixed 6 person dorm its like 3 separate rooms that are connected- the doors were removed between two of the rooms but the side i stayed in did have a door and a my male roommate came back late pretty drunk and was talking to me while i was trying to sleep. Not the hostels fault but just be aware thats how the rooms are set up and choose wisely

Probably not the best location for us wrinklys, noisy most of the Friday night thinks on bars closing then clubs closing then laundry delivery at 0400hrs, !!! Well insulated thus airless thus you have to have window open thus noise.
But really close to bars , eateries and Montmartre and Anvers Metro, oldies beware of all of the steps, the Metro is not very vulnerability sensitive anywhere.
