G'day mates! . . . just arrived in Moalboal and looking for a cool place to chill out?
Welcome to Moalboal Backpacker Lodge! We are one of the famous backpacker hostel in Cebu are back to Welcome you. Still right here in the lively heart of Panagsama Beach in Moalboal. We starting a new beginning after two years of closure due to the pandemic and the devastating typhoon December 2021. Our 12 bed dorm with the bamboo deck, the budget single and double room are still under renovation.
The Moalboal Backpacker Lodge is located in Panagsama beach and just just few meters away from a colorful coral reef and Pescador Island. Come and enjoy here in Moalboal the great underwater world.
Within a distance of 30 km from Moalboal you can explore numerous waterfalls, caves and canyons or just enjoy a white sandy beach.
Business hours is from 8 am to 9 pm
Check-in from 2 pm to 9 pm (reception). Late check-in possible. Check-out is till 12 noon.

Lovley cuple , very basic place . Good location . Shower not so good

nice place, great value for money. We had the private room with own bathroom. It was very clean and simple. It’s a very short walk to the beach for snorkeling and there are lots of cafes and bars very close by.

When we travel we have a good understanding of what to expect due to the thoughtful observations of previous guests; and the information provided by the management.
Everything we experienced was on the positive of both.
