Staff were ignorant and didn’t provide very good customer service. We visited the restaurant and waited 30 minutes to get service. The room was okay but very basic and I found somebodies old plaster in the room which wasn’t very nice.

Convenient place to stay if you wish to be near to the big malls.
Lovely roof garden, but on two days when we wanted to have a meal, the kitchen wasn't functioning for meals as "there was no meat' to make items listed on the hotel menu! Many menu items for meals listed "no have".They had a children's party and a "meeting' to cater for; hotel guests didn't seem to matter. Meals have to be pr ordered and can only be eaten on the roofgarden. Any meals ordered as room service are charged 20% extra.

Poor location - 40+ minutes from the airport and main tourist areas
Only one of the girls at the front desk was competent and friendly. All others looked angry/annoyed, gave incorrect pricing multiple times, didn't record payments, tried to double charge us
We did not get breakfast which was supposed to be included
The fitness centre is listed as included but we still had to pay
My husband and I got 1 hour massages and his masseuse only gave him 50 min
