The staff were lovely and helpful. The area was so nice, you could spend a day just wandering around. The private room was overpriced, was very small and cold, also not particularly clean… some black mould on the wall. The dorms were good, and the bathrooms were ok, could be cleaner.

L’auberge est placée dans un quartier sympa et très safe. Les chambres sont top et bien équipées mais …
Le problème est que l’accueil est inexistant, qui travaille ici ??? Si c’est celui à qui je pense il doit se reconvertir car son sens de l’accueil est zéro + fort méprisant. Le petit dej soit disant inclu est assez ridicule + très peu de vaisselle de dispo

Stayed 3 nights in a private. Super well situated in Condesa, close to everything we wanted to do! owner(s) were VERY welcoming and responded to all our questions. If you’re lucky enough to be there on a Sunday, you might enjoy a family BBQ/ social! The room was very cold at night (November) but OK with a 2nd blanket. The “breakfast†is just instant coffee and toast - but you’ll want to explore the many amazing panaderia nearby anyways. Thanks Roberto, Luis et al!!
