Overall a positive experience for my first capsule hostel. The check-in process was smooth. There's plenty of storage space and you have a locker to lock up your valuables. But it's Japan so no one's gonna steal your stuff. The bathrooms and showers were always readily available. The coin laundry is clutch for doing a small load. Make sure you dryer for at least 90 mins. 1 hour wasn't enough. The location is prime! You're right in the thick of Dotonburi. Very close to Namba station.

The hostel is located a mere 2 minute walk from Dotonbori, which is a heaven for food lovers and is close to a solid metroline. I always wanted to try sleipinger in a capsule but was Afrodite I would be too tall, but the capsule were big enough for me (198 cm) to fit. I also met some great new friends at the hostel as the atmosphere really makes it easy to talk to people.

This hostel is what all other 'capsule' hostels should strive to be like. I was honestly shocked about how little I paid here per night, especially given how close it is to the heart of Dotonbori. It's only a two minute walk from all the action and street food you could ever need. The staff were all super friendly and helpful, they cleaned the place thoroughly every day, and the security lockers are the perfect size for a hiking pack or carryon suitcase. I would gladly stay here again.
