It was for sure the best hostel during my trip to Mexico. Bed construction make you can feel your privacy and coziness. There is a super nice rooftop bar with nice view. Location is perfect. Definitely recommend it.

It’s a nice hostel but I had a weird experience. Tried to upgrade my dorm to a private room and was told they didn’t have any. Ten minutes later, my friend inquired for a private room for us and he got one no problem - wish I hadn’t had to spend the extra money on the dorm for no reason. It was also impossible to get a shower that wasn’t ice cold. Hopefully they will fix these issues because it has the potential to be a really great place.

I stayed 5 nights and did not get a single hot shower and am still waiting on my free welcome drink. The front desk staff is poorly trained and can't answer basic questions when prompted. That being said the building is quite nice and quiet. But don't come expecting the same vibe as other Viajeros, this one just feels off and wrong
