1. Check-in time: from 4 p.m. to 11 p.m.
2. Check-out time: by 10 a.m.
3. Reception hour: from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m.
4. Payment: credit cards (Visa, Master, and Amex) only
5. Cancellation policy:
　　(1) 4 days(or more) before Arrival Date: free
　　(2) 3 days before Arrival Date: 100% of the first night
　　(3) On the day or No Show: 100% of the first night
6. Age restriction: Yes (Guests over 3 years old can stay at the same rate as adults.)
　*If only guests under 18 years of age are staying at the hotel, a ‘parental consent form’ must be submitted by all guests.
　*If you are under 16 years old without your parents, we cannot accept your stay.
