Welcome to the Hub! Our goal is to help change the way the world travels. Located on the beautiful shores of Lago Atitlan in San Juan La Laguna, the Hub is a unique space where travelers & local organizations come to live, work, learn & play together. The Hub is an eco-hostel with all the charms & quirks of shared off-the-grid rustic living. The Hub is also an organic farm & co-working space where innovation & solidarity are cultivated everyday. Come for a visit and stay for a night!
Welcome to the Hub in San Juan La Laguna! First off, you found us, high five! Awaiting you here is a safe space where visitors and locals come together to reimagine travel and enact the change they want to see in the world. So, if you're looking for more than just a cheap place to crash, come for a visit, stay for a night, experience Lago Atitlan, and join a network of movers and shakers.
Surrounding the Hub Hostel is the Hub Farm & Impact Centre. It hosts a variety of change-making organizations like Alma de Colores, Rising Minds, the women of Atitlan Recilcla and Operation Groundswell. Together, we experiment with environmental technologies, we protect native plant species, we play with organic agriculture, and we grow our own healthy food.
The Hub - Centro Sakbe - Terms & Conditions:
Cancellation policy: 1 day before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.
Check in from 12:00 to 19:00 .
Check out before 11:00 .
Payment upon arrival by cash only.
Taxes included
Breakfast not included.

A rustic sanctuary on the edge of San Juan. The local staff were wonderful and there were a number of very cool community projects underway.

The Hub was a great place to base yourself, so chill and such a beautiful location dowdown by the water surrounsurrounded by gardens and food crops. Outside of San Juan but only a short walk. Gracias Marcos, Lucy and Pablito :)
