Sovereign House

A boutique hostel in the heart of Townsville, 'Flashpackers' if you will! If you're looking for a premium, clean, friendly, central hostel, with comfortable beds and good Wi-Fi, you've come to the right place!
Sovereign House is a heritage listed building, with high ceilings, extra large rooms and facilities, with wrap around verandahs and a cafe and bar on site.

Our dorm rooms are male or female and accommodate 6 people, ages 18-35, and there is no overcrowding here! Relax in one of the many shared spaces, or read a book in the hammocks, our hostel is the perfect stay while you're in Townsville. We are a short taxi or uber ride from the airport, we are literally across the road from the train station and a scooter or taxi/uber from the bus stop. The street we are located on is the main street in Townsville.

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before check in for standard rate bookings. No show bookings are subject to a fee up to one day's stay.
Check in starts at 1400 and closes at 1700hrs. Outside of this time you will be required to self check in (AFTER 2PM!)
Check out is at 1000
Valid Photo ID is required for check in (drivers license of passport)
Smoking and vaping is not permitted inside the hostel.
A/C is $1 for 6hrs, there is no change machine onsite
