I beg you not to book here. The room was absolutely filthy with an animal nest protruding from the ceiling in the bathroom and falling onto the floor. Dirty pillows and sheets. I stayed about 20 minutes in total. The worker said I had to pay for the night which I was willing to just to leave. I came back the next day to pay and spoke to the owner. He blamed the worker/maid. Said I didn’t have to pay that it would be coming out of their pay. I told him I didn’t want that. He said, well, I shouldn’t have to pay for it!!! I ended up not paying the remainder but forfeited my deposit so they wouldn’t be out of pocket. Disgustingly run and disgusting place. The worker William was lovely though - very kind. I reported the place to Hostel World who didn’t care.

On check in no key was available for the room, waited approximately 4 hours to get a copy.
The toilet seat was completely broken.
Our room was on top floor and often had to shower in another room and ask for buckets of water to flush the toilet as we were told the water doesnt go to that room.
The commumal area outside room was dirty, never cleaned
We had to ask for everything, room key, toilet paper water etc. One afternoon we got back and window was open, curtain rail completely down
