Coworking Hostel right in the heart of Bacalar, located at 3 min walking to the main park, 7 min walking from the bus station, 5 min walking to the lagoon, we have a beach club at the lagoon.
The property has 2 shared bedrooms, and 2 private room, high speed Wifi, kitchen, A/C, working common areas, and a beautiful Garden full of trees.
Our big garden surrounded by trees makes Local 2 the perfect home for travelers and free souls. This is a comfortable and exclusive place. We have coworking spaces, kitchen with all elements you need, a big garden, exterior showers, hammocks, living room.
Local 2 Terms & Conditions:
Cancellation policy: 2 days before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.
Check in from 15:00 h to 23:00 h
Check out 11:00 h
Payment upon arrival by cash only.
Taxes included.
Breakfast not included.
Reception hours 10:00 h to 18:00 h
if you arrive after 18:00 h, we will leave a key for you in the key guard next to the door and we will send you the code by email or WhatsApp.

Personally a poor hostel for the price. We have stayed at so many better hostels in popular parts of Mexico that massively outdo this one on price/facilities/location. Unclean - there was a cat all over my bed when I arrived - and no vibe/social atmosphere. The photos are obviously extremely old from when the hostel was first done, very run down and unkept.
