This hostel is a 5-minute walk to Magic Sands, one of the most popular beaches in Kona. There is also a car and a moped for rent.

We had a really nice stay at Hostel Magic Sands. The garage room was clean and well equipped. Easy access to beach and Ali'i Drive. Staff was very easy to work with and flexible. Definitely valuable for the money. One deficit was missing air condition (it wasn't listed, so we didn't except it either, but always wanting it in Hawaii :) ).
