Very clean facilities. Cool chic interior design which makes the spaces feel fresh. Wifi brilliant.

Ghetto location. Robbed 30 seconds from the hostel. Online check in a pain. Motion sensor lights so woke up at 7am when someone else got up. Having plaques everywhere telling customers how eco friendly you are doesn’t make it a good hostel, do the basics first!

It is an interesting concept, however I found it to be very impersonal and even a bit eerie.
Having a proper reception desk manned at all times would be great for when your QR system fails, which is frequently.
Your chatbot is a nightmare and wouldn’t accept my booking code so I could not use it.
The shower was a tiny box without a shelf to put clothes, shampoo or a towel.
For the price, I expected more… I changed and went to an alternative hostel.
