Familiar Hostel located in an old building from the 17th century, in the Sierra de Tramuntana, declared a World Heritage Site, just 25 km from Palma de Mallorca. The nearest beach is around 200 m away.

Situated between the Serra de Tramuntana and the Mediterranean Sea, it stands out thanks to the typical cut terraces overlooking the sea as well as its beautiful sunsets. These cut terraces used to be crowded, first with vines (Malvasía) and later with 'Ramallet' tomatoes. The first of these has recently picked up again. It is situated in the centre of the town, next to the church and a defensive tower. It has a charming interior patio and a lovely swimming pool with views of the sea. Part of the Sa Baronia hostel is constructed on the old stately home from the 17th century. There are 36 rooms, most of which have a terrace with views of the sea and a free internet connection.
