We offer budget private rooms with a lock and key to your totally private room. The bathrooms, living rooms, and kitchens are shared with others in the house.

The setup is very basic with decent Wi-Fi throughout. There are basic facilities to cook including ovens and kitchen basics. There is a also a shared refrigerator in the kitchen.

Many different travels stay here from all backgrounds and age groups. Some guests are students, others are passing by for a night's rest off I-10, and others are professionals commuting to work at the capital or other local business.

Cancellation policy: 15 days before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.
