Bap Homestay, built in 2020, is a modern, youthful and simple homestay. Being a homestay in the heart of Hoi An city, moving from Bap Homestay to Hoi An Ancient Town only takes 5 minutes, and to Hoi An Impression Theme Park takes only 6 minutes. With its convenient location, Bap Homestay offers comfortable parking for both cars and motorbikes.

Bap Homestay's motto is 'simplicity & value' expresses the desire to provide services to you from the simplest things but still has great value. Bap Homestay hopes this will become your second home in Hoi An.
Bap Homestay has 3 main types of rooms including:
- Standard Double Room (for 1-2 people)
- Deluxe Double Room (room for 1-2 people)
- Twin Double Room (room for 3-4 people)

Terms and conditions:
Cancellation policy: 1 day before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.
Check-in from 14:00 to 22:00.
Check out before 12:00.
