The staff are lovely and will be happy to help you and give you some tips to make your stay an amazing experience.
All the rooms designed to suit the needs of the traveler, super comfortable beds and spacious common areas to make your stay a pleasant time, a swimming pool with handmade termination where you can enjoy a nice afternoon with other travelers, breakfast included and served during the morning for all our guests, kitchen at the service of all and wide spaces throughout the place.

Cancellation policy: 7 days before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.

I stayed both here and the at the Yak lake house and honestly preferred it here. It's beside the bus station and within walking distance of the lagoon, helpful volunteers, relaxed social atmosphere, you can bring your own beers in. The dorms are very basic but it's also a lot cheaper than some other hostels in town.
You can hang out any number of docks at the lagoon or visit the bar at the Yak and just go back here after; you'll save some money and have a place to chill out that isn't blasting reggaeton al

One of the worst private rooms we’ve stayed in in the whole of Mexico. Pillows were COVERED in mould under the pillow cover, after running water in the shower/sink, the room stank. No hand soap or any basic amenities provided. They promote a transfer out of Mexico that cons you into having to pay extra money at the border to leave.
