A new and cozy hostel, dedicated to the well-being and enjoyment of visitors, travelers and workers. We want you to share the culture of Santa Ana and all of El Salvador.
We are located in a very central area of Santa Ana, near the historic center, and tourist places.
Our rooms are new and we are expanding our options. We have stable and good quality WiFi. Featuring a garden and a terrace, common kitchen, a common room. All rooms have private bathroom, cleaning service, air conditioning, cable TV. Breakfast is included in all rooms.
Velvet Hostal Policy and Condition:
Cancellation Policy: 72h before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.
Check in from 14.00 to 23.00
Check out before 12.00
Payment upon arrival by cash, credit and debit cards

The front door is always locked so it feels very safe. On first appearances, the hostal is very cute and welcoming. The staff are also incredibly helpful. We were in the basic room however, which was stuffy, hot but with cold showers. The Wi-Fi is also hit and miss. We moved to the deluxe room for the last night which was a much nicer experience.

The staff here we so lovely and helpful. Helped with Covid passes into Nicaragua, atm help, food recommendations and had easy to book excursions. Close to the main centre and cute cosy rooms. Would recommend to anyone!
