I was awoken at 2am to a wet bed as rain leaked through the ceiling onto my bed. While this was awful, dealing with the receptionist was unacceptable. After I managed to wake her she refused to help in any way instead repeatedly saying it would be sorted tomorrow. I had nowhere to sleep so slept on a couch in a drafty lobby area with my wet blankets. The next day we were given a dorm room & after speaking to 3 unhelpful staff members, a lady called Angie finally apologised and rang the manager.
