The main problem for me with this hostel was WiFi. Or the near complete lack of it. I ended up having to go downstairs and literally sit on the steps to get WiFi. I ultimately checked out early and had to book elsewhere - I only get to travel because I can work online. If there is no wifi available in the rooms… just feels like this is something you should be upfront about, especially these days.

No kitchen, bad staff. Try to upsell breakfast only to not be as it was told.
It is in a good location but would choose somewhere else if I ever go back

This is to inform you that, £12.15 was charged but hostelworld automatically cancelled my reservation I was not informed, I have got to know when I reached safestay glasgow the reception person told me that, hostelworld has automatically cancelled my reservation. This is horrible experience I had gone through. This is very unfair I have to again reserve hostel. Please refund £12.15. Reservation Number - 302534-551371189. Staff was rude in talking reception lady. Also, they don't know how to take
