With not only dormitories but also comfortable private rooms, this hostel is ideal for both well-traveled guests and guests who stay at a hostel for the first time.
We provide a fully equipped kitchen and have a fantastic terrace with view of Tokyo Sky Tree.
Connected directly via subway to both Narita and Haneda airport, it is a great hub to explore Tokyo.

You can leave your luggage before check in any time, but additioinal charge is 200 JPY per piece of luggage.
2. Check-out time: by 11:00
3. Reception hour: from 4pm to 11pm.
4. Payment: cash (JPY) or credit cards (Visa, Master, and Amex)
5. Cancellation policy:
(1) 3 days(or more) before Arrival Date ：free
(2) 2 days before Arrival Date ：100% of the first night
(3) on the day or No Show：100% of the first night
6. Age restriction: over 18 years old when staying in dormitory
7. No smoking
8. Pets are not allowed.
9. Breakfast not included

Overall Plat Hostel Asakusa was good. The Asakusa district is interesting - Tokyo Sky Tree, Asakusa and Senso-ji Shrine, Nakamise-dori Street (definitely recommend checking that out - a market street full of food and knick-knacks). The hostel staff gave me lots of great recommendations. It's a bit far from places like Shibuya and Shinjuku. An easy walk from convenience stores and several stations, and Ueno Park is a short subway ride away. Not a great common area to socialise in, however.
