We are a small hostel located in Salida, Colorado in a renovated Victorian house. Just a short walk to downtown, with easy access to the Arkansas River. We are the perfect adventure base for skiing, thru-hiking the Continental Divide or Colorado Trail, mountain biking, road riding, snowshoeing and all river sports.
We have 4 luxurious private rooms or a 9 bed bunk-room to choose from, as well as a clean well appointed kitchen, and a cozy common room well stocked with comfy couches and board games. Great outdoor spaces too. We aim for a friendly and social atmosphere.
The Salida Inn and Hostel policies and conditions:
Cancellation policy: 48 before arrival.
Check in from 16:00 to 20:00 (4 PM to 8 PM) If after 8pm, late check-in must be prearranged.
Check out by 11:00 AM
Payment upon arrival by credit cards, debit cards, no cash.
Taxes not included in base rate- 11.05%
Taxes not included in base rate - occupancy tax 4.82 USD per room per night
Breakfast not included. We do serve coffee and tea.
No curfew.
No locals.

This cozy, warm, and, inviting home in Salida is a hidden gem!! Our host was personable, helpful, and very professional. She made sure we had everything we needed. There were homemade blueberry muffins and fresh coffee waiting for us in the kitchen in the morning. Wonderful accommodations: comfortable bed, top of the line linens, super clean room and bath area, and decorated so sweetly in line with the era of this historic home. Pretty outdoor sitt/g area with grill. Paved river walk into town
