Great value and location. Like a hybrid between a hostel and hotel. They offer tours etc but has the atmosphere of a hotel.

Tours and air tickets were purchased the Inca Rooms. A basic receipt for the money paid was for some reason not available,- only the total sum.
When one leg of the flight was canceled we were supposed to get the refund thru them, they offered and insisted to pay only 50% of the leg price which was incorrect according to the airline cross checked by ourselves. In other words the Inca Rooms received a full refund but passes only 50% to their guest which is an inappropriate practice

We extended our stay, we were so pleased.
The Hotel is central and easy access to the bus station and the cable car.
The shower water is hot. The staff are really helpful and friendly. They speak good English and allowed us to check in early.
The breakfast is an extra 15Bs per person and is well worth it.
This is not a hostel and does not have a shared kitchen. It is a hotel.
