HORRIBLE!! Arrived at approx 1am and NO ANSWER! Called phone # and said it was no longer in service. Had to find a hotel at that time. I’m a 54 y/o woman w 2 suitcases, carryon, and backpack. Went back in the am (10 am), only to be answered by an older man telling me that the hostel is closed and NOT operating for over a year due to the pandemic. My deposit was taken when reservation made (approximately 1 mo ago) and 1 week before my arrival received a reminder of my pending arrival 😡

Had a good stay there. Staff was always friendly and helpful. The breakfast had not the biggest selection, but was OK. Facilities were cleaned several times a day.
