This a good hostel. It is a little expensive and located 3 flights up (80 steps.) So I gave them a 9.7. But—although staff is located next door a phone call brings them right away, and everything works, including hot water and heat. Free laundry service and towels, fully equipped kitchen, bottled drinking water, spacious, clean, quiet and secure. Great location and view.

The staff here are so nice and welcoming. They will make sure your needs are met and are also fun to hang out with. The place is located right in the heart of Lviv and the area itself pretty safe.
