Unhelpful staff, poorly maintain facilities and no atmosphere. Broken window right next to the bed, no toilet paper in one of the bathrooms for 3 days and a missing phone charger the room was 'cleaned.'

It is the second time I have stayed at the Selina Hostel in MedellÃn, given that I enjoyed my first stay there a lot. The Hostel is really well located and has all the essential utilities needed. A bonus is definitely the restaurant/café which is perfect for working or enjoying a coffee in the sun.

The space is just incredible, it is also in the heart of Medellin which pretty safe.
I stayed in a dorm and it is worth it and ideal for making new friends, the dorm was very clean even when people is not very conscious about cleanliness.
But what’s amazing is the staff, service and place. Never felt that vibe before in a hotel.
