Welcome to Uros Suma Suyawi Lodge, a floating lodge on Lake Titikaka where live the family of Felix Coila who have started a lodge in Uros to receive national and foreign tourists. We have comfortable rooms made of totora reed with shared bathroom for your comfortable staying And apart from that you will be part of our traditional daily activities with the company of the family of Felix we are waiting for you in Uros Suma Suyawi. The property is managed by the family Felix Coila Quispe.
Uros Suma Suyawi Lodge is located in South America Puno - Peru in the heart of the highest and navigable lake in the world, Lake Titikaka lake. We are located 30 minutes away from the port of Puno and 6 km away from the north side of the Uros community. We are the one of the 90 Uros Floating Islands, one of the most wonderful places in Peru and the world.
Uros Suma Suyawi Lodge has comfortable rooms (for one, two and three people) for your stay. We have light in each room equipped with solar power we count with shared bathroom with yard to see the nature the lake the stars at night and to see the sun set and sunrise the rooms are covered with layers of totora reed and wood suitable We have as werll several amenities such as chargers with Cable USB only for mobile devices . Our goal is to provide you, the visitor, with a living hands-on experience here among the reed islands of Lake Titicaca. Our lives depend on the lake so our accommodations options are clean, comfortable, and always ecologically friendly.

This was an incredible experience - we loved every minute. It wasn’t only a stay on a floating island, but a whole experience. The family were all so kind and welcoming and made us so comfortable.
The facilities were basic, but very clean and beautiful. It was a very relaxing stay.
It’s important to know there are a few hidden costs (cost of the boat taxi, cost of dinner) which equated to approx 100 soles. We thought this was fine though, and well worth it.

our stay here was so special and amazing. Javier and his family were so kind and attentive to us, even making us veggie and vegan meals delivered to us each night. This was one of the most relaxing and enjoyable experiences I’ve had on my travels, and great value. The experience of waking up on these islands to the view of the lake is unforgettable

We really enjoyed our stay on the floating islands. It was a unique experience to sample life in Uros, and Javier was a great host.
It’s worth noting that there are a few hidden costs that arise: the boat to pick you up, dinner and the entry to the community came to an extra 91 soles for 2 people. We think that should be made explicit on the website.
It was still worth it for the view from your room alone, just make sure you take enough money!
