We absolutely loved the Villa Eshta! Staff was really friendly and the people there were just amazing. It is definitely great for solo travelers who want to socialize and meet other people. The location is perfect since it‘s in a lively neighborhood but it‘s not on the loud street. And it‘s only a 3 minute walk to the beach. The hostel also hosts parties during the day on the weekend, so it can get loud with the music at times but personally we enjoyed that. At night it‘s usually quiet. There‘s also a kitch

If you need a stay that’s close to the beach but dodges all of the craziness of it, this is the perfect place! 5 minute walk to Ocean Park Beach, bars/restaurants, and right across the street from a CVS for supplies! The employees were wonderful and really do just want you to have a good experience in San Juan.
